Umami Cloud supports importing your existing analytics data so you can transition without losing historical records.
Data imports are available for Pro plan users. The import process is handled by our team to ensure data integrity and proper mapping.
Supported sources
- Self-hosted Umami instances (PostgreSQL database exports)
- CSV data exports
How to request an import
- Export your data from your existing analytics platform or prepare a CSV file with your data.
- Contact [email protected] with details about your data source and volume.
- Our team will coordinate the import process and notify you when it is complete.
Your existing data in Umami Cloud will not be affected during the import.
